Daily Self Affirmations

I've spoken before on one of my favourite authors, Cheryl Richardson. This woman is just wonderful...she is one of the most motivational and inspirational people on this planet. I love her kindness, compassion and wisdom. She is an excellent writer, she is down to earth and writes with such flair, it is hard not to get caught up in her books.

Whenever I am feeling down, I pick up one of her books, or visit her Facebook page or even check out her website. She's got tons of great advice. One thing that I love on her facebook fan page is the daily affirmations that she submits to her readers. After reading one of her books, I got into the habit of collecting affirmations. I usually read one a day...I programmed my phone to update me with my selected affirmation daily (usually first thing in the morning) I try to start my day on a good note.

I've been very busy today. School is starting back next week, so I've been up and down getting my class sorted. I'm tired, frustrated...and in desperate need of a double dose of energy. Today is the perfect day for an affirmation, won't you say?

I would like to share some of my favourite affirmations...all from Cheryl. I recommend starting your day off with a beautiful affirmation...wake your mind and body up with a shot of positivity. Feel free to take any, Cheryl posts these on her page for her fans, it is available for all to use. Visit her website...Cheryl Richardson

Great idea! I've heard this idea in different forms. I have The Rules like Gibbs from NCIS.

1. You can do everything, but you can't do everything at once.
2. Baby steps will get you to the elevator.
3. It's only improbable, so don't panic.
4. I'm not weird; I'm a genius.

and so on...

Thanks for sharing.
