Crazy, Crazy week!

Hi friends,

So, this week was Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago. It was tons of fun. Lots of partying and having a blast. (I have a future post scheduled that will include pics.) From the posts on Facebook, I think everyone had a great time. Except me. :(

I stayed at home most days, most nights...and did school work. Talk about dedication. UWI (the name of my university) did not close, instead our professors made sure and continued with our online classes. We had assignments due and discussions to prepare and activities that required our attention. I was slightly behind in all four of my courses, so I decided that I had to take advantage of the free time and get some work done. I worked all weekend. Literally.

I am now up to date in all and feeling pretty good about it. However, I neglected to get some posts up for my blog. Just didn't have the time to work on it. After school work, I was just so exhausted, I ended up falling asleep immediately after. Life of a university student with a full time job...take my word for it, it ain't easy!!

I will tell you though that I am so looking forward to Easter break. I need a vacation, preferably one where there is a beach, endless wine and my friends. Counting down the days.
